KIRKLAND PARISH COUNCIL Kirkland Parish Council consists of 5 elected members. Parish Council meetings are held every other month in St. Helen's Sunday School at 7.30pm. Notices are displayed in the notice board by the cross in the Village. Residents are welcome to attend meetings and there is time set aside in the Agenda for those residents to speak to the Councillors about concerns or problems in the Village. Residents may wish to talk to a Policeman and PACT meetings are held on the first Tuesday of the month in Catterall Village Hall, Garstang Road, Catterall at 7.00pm.
